for the D-A-CH region based in Amsterdam

Job description: Service Delivery & Commercial Account Manager

Profile

  • Proven operational experience with strong taste for technical-sales matters
  • Bilingual position: German / English (Dutch is a pro)
  • Collaborative worker with corporate services, customers and workshops

    • Operational wise
      • Operational project management
      • Deployment organization
      • Customers and installers training
      • Account administration
    • Sales wise
      • Sales and technical support service
      • Maintaining the level of deal profitability in the Region
      • Developing the sales

 

Activités :

Operational project management

  • Identification of functional and technical requirements
  • Interface with the IT team
  • Customers and corporate reports
  • Operational follow-up
  • After-sales management and tracking
  • Matching sales contracts: installed basis / returned material with the sales team and helpdesk
  • Deployment organization
    • Identify technical customer needs
    • Plan the installations / repairs
    • Preparing installers orders and installation reports
  • Training
    • Novacom platform (use and administration)
    • Installation and diagnostic (customers and installers)
  • Sales and Technical support
    • Preparing for and attending meeting during pre-sales period: technical support to propose the best solution regarding the park of vehicles / trailers
  • Commercial Account management
    • Develop the sales to reach sales target and profitability
    • Initiate action plans to penetrate new customers
    • Build an effective commercial cooperation with the indirect channel partners
    • Provide input to define, design & maintain marketing promotions and materials (such as: brochures, leaflets, web, internet)
    • Prepare proposal presentations and RFP responses in collaboration with the Product strategy & marketing team
    • Constructively supervise the follow up of customer issues in the portfolio of the region

    • Ability to answer to large scope of requests in parallel (functional, technical, sales)

    • Strong understanding of customers and markets dynamics and requirements
    • Strong consultative service, selling & presentation skills
    • Willingness to travel and work in a diverse team of professionals
