Business activity: Concrete lorries, pumps and pumping services.
Requirements: Asset positioning and dematerialisation of service orders.
Fleet: 200 – 1000
ISP, the French leader in concrete pumping, manages a fleet of 750 cement mixers across France. In addition to asset tracking, it was necessary to facilitate everything concerning the delivery stages: acceptance of the delivery list, vocal guidance, time-stamping of the agent’s actions on the ground, virtual signature, automatic publishing of delivery slips, location photos, etc. The dematerialisation of all these stages is therefore centralised on a PDA which forwards the data to Novacom’s web application.
Novacom’s collaboration with Penbase is a major advantage in the concrete sector, with this company, based in Montpellier, specialising in mobile applications for PDAs, which can be used for business solutions. This partnership is therefore key to a solution fully adapted to ISP, which had a pressing need for a mission management system. Novacom’s expertise in the area of telecommunications then once again enabled optimal management of asset tracking and provided an improvement in mission fulfilment.
